Acknowledgements, or who do we have to thank for gasboys?

At the risk of sounding like Russell Crowe on Oscar night, gasboys is here because a lot of people have gone out of there way to help others in different forms.
Kerry Brandis, who over the years has goaded and supported registrars to remember what they would rather forget, has built, grown and freely shared the 'black bank'. This bank has provided not only the content of many of the questions but has also guided the scope and detail of the questions, especially those aimed at ANZCA first part candidates.
My spouse... well you'd probably all feel a bit nauseous if I wrote all I felt... so shall I just say this site wouldn't be here without her support. Thank her if you ever meet her.
My kids made it impossible for me to study in my lounge room, so they are partly to blame as well.
Dad bought me a computer when I was a kid, back when this was very unusual (1982)... so it's also partly his fault.
And aw, heck, if it wasn't for mum I wouldn't be here either.
Of course, all my bosses, colleagues, and the authors of good articles and good textbooks have done their bit.
All the people that wrote linux, php, and mysql have all done a great thing for the planet too. Gasboys is completely powered by open-source, free to use software. So you should also thank them when you see them.
