Have you just sat the recent (or previous) part 1 exam?

Please let me know if you passed or failed. What I need to know is your ID (either the number or your actual user ID) and how you went in each part (passed, invite to viva but didn't pass, no invite). I can then pull that together with the data I can link in from the database.

I'll then try and pull some sort of summary stats together, needless to say these will help make my project look schmick. If I can get enough numbers I should be able to produce some sort of rough predictive model that could provide comfort or motivation to future candidates.

This is, of course, after your hangovers have abated.

I'm kinda swatting for my next little test at the moment so I'll just provide a fairly limited analysis before the next primary... but I can pool this data with future cohorts. So in the future I may be able to provide feedback in the form "previous candidates with your scores, this far out from the exam, had an X% chance of passing" ... It may not be overly reliable - but its got to provide some useful guidance. I've had over 600 registrations so far, so if I can get 10% that would be a decent sample.

Hi Erich, My user ID is 325, I did 3127 questions at an approx 73% strike rate Passed both parts of primary - first attempt. Great site. [Reply ]

User ID 398 Thanks for your help and the site (and actually, more so the comments on anaesthesia MCQ). Only used the questions twice as a gauge of where I was at. Found the questions too easy as I was nearer the exam. [Reply ]

Hi Erich, My user ID is 290. I did an average of 64.1% correct on gasboys. I previously passed physiol 1st go, and now have an invitation to pharm vivas (2nd sitting of written). [Reply ]
